Is it worth letting Camille get through ban phase?

I ALWAYS ban this champion and i have pretty decent sucess in my games without being trapped and 100-0 by her and/or her team.
Recently though i have had to ban lulu and she has gotten through a couple times, i'm not really sure what to do VS her either she just seems unkillable while doing tons of damage and her mobility allows her to make picks from so far with her E into ult.
